Left a generic voicemail stating that I had 24 hours to call back or the local police department would arrest me. Claimed that I had 4 serious allegations against me but, did not mention my name or any specific information about me.

Just like all the others, an automated message threatening legal action if you don't call them back. The IRS doesn't do that. And since tax time has been over for a while now, they would have gotten ahold of people about issues already via letters in the mail. The IRS never threatens people like this. Well if Trump keeps getting his way they might, but for now they don't work like this.
