Said arrest warrant was issued due to me not paying taxes. Told him to arrest me so I could go to jail and not have to pay. He said I would owe $30,000 by the time I got out of jail so I should just pay him $1500 now. I told him I would commit more crime while in jail so I would never get out. He finally hung up on me! That was fun!
