Message from the IRS regarding tax error threatening local authorities will arrest me in 24 hours if I don't call back. The grammar of the message is in poor english (dead give-a-way). Please note that the IRS does not make phone calls. They send written notifications during the tax season if something is incorrect on your taxes.
