Also was called by a recording telling me that there were four "serious investigations" into me by them (the IRS). The IRS makes contact by mail BTW. I called back and informed the heavily accented operator that I knew he wasn't from the IRS. At that point, I was hung up on. I called right back, got the same operator and let him know that if I received a call from this number again that I would call the police. He said, "No, don't call the police." I hung up after my question, "Do you understand me?", wen't unanswered.
