Stated incorrect name and said lawsuit filed in my name. Need to contact them or lawsuit will proceed.

I called back 3 times and every time it was a stupid conversation about how I wasn’t the person they asked for so I said “what’s your company name” & they said 3 different letters every time I spoke to someone new and so I asked what exactly does that stand for and this “supervisor” said it was none of my business and hung up. IF YOURE TRYING TO TAKE MY IDENTITY OR MONEY YOU WONT RECIEVE IT BY BEING A RUDE PHONY SUPERVISOR !! SOMEONE DID NOT DO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE RESEARCH WHEN THEY DECIDED TO SCAM PEOPLE. Lol 2/10 effort & those 2/10 are only because you at least got a call back (:

They called looking for a relative of my husband. He was rude and would not give me any information as to what is was about or how he/they got my phone number. Sounded like a scam as I could have been talking to a brick in a polo shirt and khaki's. Do not answer.

Scam call left a voicemail. I called back and they answered the phone by saying “client services.” I asked what was the name of the business and a man said “arbitration.” He finally gave me a bogus business name, and then rudely told me that why they were calling shouldn’t be a big mystery because they left a voicemail. I informed them I was not the person I was looking for and didn’t have contact information for that person. I’m certain this was a scam hoping to intimidate someone with the threat of legal action.

I was called by this number and it was a recording. I called back to tell them the person they were trying to contact didn’t live here and got the most rude person I have ever talked to. He belittled my speech impediment, age, education and everything he could think of. He also said he was going to call me every morning and night till I got the person they wanted to call them. How do I do that when I don’t know who this person is. I’m even on the no call list. Filed complaint.
