Left message looking for unknown person, threatens to go to "the proper authorities" if I don't call the number back. Sounds like a scammer.

Sounds like a man calling looking for a particular person; threatens to call authorities if call not returned. I returned the call, 5 times, 2 different phones because I wanted to get to find out the purpose of their call and then they called a friend of ours looking for 1 of us. When you call it back, it states, "we could not complete your call, please try again later!" Definitely a scam and I am pissed for real!

This was a pre-recorded call for someone who isn't me, claiming the other person (not me, unrelated) had violated law and threatened to go to the "authorities." It didn't let me break through to speak to anyone to let them know they didn't have the correct person, and when I tried pressing 0 to speak to someone, it claimed they were not open. I could not call the number back. I am unable to track down the name of the business. Oddly, I've gotten debt collector calls asking for this person before, so I don't know if we have close phone numbers or what, and I further don't know if it's an actual debt collector or if it is a scam.
