same thing just happen to me Called about my social security being blocked permanently, I let the recording go on and let a "representative" come on the phone and answer saying "social security services, how can I help you?" in very bad broken english, I listened to the backround only to hear more reps saying the same thing and in really bad broken english with indian accents
