My friend just got an identical call similar to the comment above, on exactly the same day. For the record Revenue Canada do not call you, neither do the police, they know who you are, and where you live. This is a phishing call, so just hang up and block the number.

same as above, supposedly a call from the CRA, told me if i didn't call back, that an arrest warrant would be issued in my name as i owe fines. Totally not true! blocked the number and considering reporting it to government

I just got the same call today on May 25 saying it is the CRA and someone wants to bring a lawsuit against me and Ill be arrested.

Same as the above, I didn't answer and it was an automated message saying that it was a call from CRA, a lawsuit was being issued in my name, and if I didn't respond that a warrant would be issued for my arrest and I would be arrested. This is actually pretty stressful considering I claimed bankruptcy a few years ago and if anyone has gone through it hovers over your head a long time, I am actually wondering if anyone else in this group may have gone through the same thing and that's where they get our numbers from.
