I received a call that came up as +3005 on my phone. The automated recording used poor English to explain that they would arrest me if I did not call 778 - 735 - 1421 immediately, in regards to a lawsuit filed against me.

Same as everyone else it seems. Told me if I did not callback immidiately that a warrent would be issued for my arrest. Didn't say why.
