Who called from the number +1 (919) 582-9965

By the time I heard my phone and answered, the caller hung up. I am in a serious job search so I wondered if it was a potential employer, but I was also afraid to call back without searching to see where this number originated. Since this site said it was a landline, I figured it should be okay to call back. I received a recording that stated, "Welcome to Verizon Wireless. The number you've dialed has been disconnected or is no longer in service." I hung up immediately. I called back within 5 minutes of the original phone call so ... [thick sarcasm reigns supreme here] ... obviously someone called me and then disconnected their service immediately. We have a National Do Not Call registry... I'm on that registry... Why in the world am I still receiving phone calls from these people who have nothing better to do than to harass and try to peddle their crap services or whatever they are trying to sell? If I wanted to be solicited by phone, I would not be on the Do Not Call registry... I denoted this number as spam, but it could be harassment or a scam or a telemarketer. Whoever it is... Be Wary of This Number!
