Stated I was approved for government grant of 9800 but needed to send them 200 to release it to me yea right

Stated I would receive a $9800 grant if I would send a $250 western Union that would be refunded to me. These are the same middle easterners who call representing the IRS stating that if I didn't sedt them $9800 I would go to jail.
