Just called me professionally asking for my name stating "a situation from a creditor from years ago" ??wth?? Then proceeded to ask me to confirm my d.o.b I told him not a chance. He'll have to pursue me some other way. I have no collections that I know of and a credit score of over 750 with alerts setup on credit karma. I'll be keeping a close watch

Hello, unfortunately I have received 2 calls from this number 916-382-7157, when I first received a call from this number a few weeks ago, I did not answer it because I did not recognize the number and thought it could possibly be one of many SCAM calls, there was no message left, but I suppose out of curiosity I called it back and just got a voice mail stating it was the desk of Mike but it was brief and there was no chance to leave a message to ask who and why they are even calling my cell phone number. 1/30/2020 I just got another call from this number 916-382-7157 I did not answer it and NO message was left, and I am NOT calling the number back, I figure if they are legit they will leave some type of message at some point. In the mean time I will not answer a call to a unrecognized phone number. I just want these annoying and harassing calls to S T O P!!!! Thank You, Charlyee

Got a call from 916-382-7157, I did not recognize the number therefore I did not answer and there was no message left. Seeing how I did not recognize the number I am thinking maybe it is a Scam number.

Threaten to take legal action, some affidavit mentioned however, has no true information to give. I believe it maybe regarding an old debt they've bought.
