almost every second day. They just call a few times a day without leaving ANY messages. I never return calls I don't know the number of unless there is a message left for my name specifically. Even then I won't give them personal information . This may or may not be a collection agency. But if it is you would think they would leave some kind of message. The funny thing is...I've blocked several numbers (either fake numbers or 888 numbers) but they either call from another one of their so called companies numbers or actually create a number using those texting apps( yes they have done that)

Someone commented as 902-490-3692 being CBV Collectionsâ¦they do not have the right to HARASS callingâ meaning repeated phone calling, anyone at their place of employment or place of residence. Iâve even received text messages on top of phone harassment. Even if you do or do not owe outstanding money. My privacy has been seriously violated via phone and texting on both numbers that ARE registered with the âDO NOT CALLâ database andâ¦get thisâ¦UNLISTED. CBV collections. Call up to 10 times a day and can somehow leave voicemails even though I've blocked the number. Any outstanding debt I have is already past the 7 year collection mark. They won't get a dime from me. There's nothing on my credit report. Probably a scam or an old debt file they bought from 20 years ago. Either way, they're harrassing.
