Who called from the number +1 (888) 926-8259

Called came in as private to my work's direct line and to a manager of the company I work for. I guess because I am not picking up spam calls on my cell they somehow got a hold of my work #. I spoke with a Mary Thomas (this same lady left a voice message at the manager's work phone). She said that I should have received a letter at home to advise me that legal documents were following and that my signature was required or I can authorize someone else to sign for the docs. She said we can also deliver the docs to your work but that I would have to authorize them first. She said you need to call 888-926-8259 for more information in regards who is mailing the legal docs to me and to reference xxx-xxx-01. I asked for her telephone #? She said that they had just changed the # and to give her a min, she gives me tel #704-329-6800. I asked the state she was calling from? She said SC and said I just moved here and that she was new at this company.

caller left a message on my home phone number saying that a complaint was being filed against my husband, I gave him the number and file number they left, by someone named Nicole...they threatened if in 24 hours we did not respond they would forced to proceed...not even saying what it was about....he called and they said some charge from 2007 about a credit card we DO NOT own...then I looked the number up here to see it is just some low life team with a phishing scam!!!! its pretty shitty to make someone believe they are being sued.....go out and get a job and stop trying to F**k honest americans who actually work for a living!!!!!
