Received same message as above comment, additionally "Crystal" said it was about the statement we recently got in the mail. We do have Duke (like everyone in our metro area) but have not received anything in the mail - we have paperless billing and even have a credit balance on our account! Anyone who gets this type of call, please report it to your phone carrier and the company the caller is pretending to represent.

Received a call asking for us to call back immediately in regards to Duke Energy bill. I actually called the # back to see what this was about since my father was concerned and this number is valid and it is about "new rates" being offered through Duke Energy suppliers. So I am glad it is not a scam. Told them he is not interested.

Said we had to call this number regarding our recent BGE (Baltimore Gas and Electric) statement. We don't have BGE! Must be a scam.
