These guys send very deceptive letters about your home insurance being expired and to call immediately. In fact, they are not your insurance company, a fact that they try to hide.

C
Cathy :

They sent a letter saying it is the final notice to get home warranty. They had my husband's name and our mortgage company. Do people really fall for a solicitation from a company with no name, just "New Home Warranty", and without an address?

D
Dan :

This company is called New Home Warranty and has info on your address, name and home loan lender. They try to get you to pay for a home warranty when they are in no way affiliated with your builder, the mortgage company, or your warranty company. They send a Final Notice in the mail

They did not call me but set a very intimidating letter warning me that it was my last chance to update my home warranty. There is no returning address in the letter. I called the number and told the rep that I would like to think about it. The rep became very impatient and raised his voice. He hung up on me. Hahaha ... Do not be scared if they send you a letter. Just ignore them.

BA :

I consider getting a pink "notice" of Final Notice attempts as harassment as well as a scam. I do not have any account with whatever company this is, their information isn't even listed. Unfortunately they have just enough information (property owner, address, lender name) on these "notices" to make this look legit. My husband was fooled and questioned how I let this go unresolved. Luckily I am not as trusting.
