Although these people are stating they are a mediation company, they came after my fiance saying he owed money for a pay day loan. When I mentioned that I had a law degree and would be handling the situation from there on out they tried feeding me legal crap as they had called his father and uncle stating they were "Agent Fowler" and to return his call before he came after him to pay the money. Come to find out this person was imitating a federal agent which is against federal law, I may or may not have stated this to the person on the other end of the phone. They stated that they had given the file to a 3rd party. So you are a 3rd party mediation company for the court, yet you gave the file to another 3rd party company to harass 2 elderly men stating they were an agent with the law and another message they were a detective. The man I spoke to said they would investigate into it and put a 48 hour hold on the file for him to pay the money and take care of it. I have yet to call this person back....I am doing a little research and I am seeing a new scam where people call and say this about a pay day loan the person never got and scare them into paying....I VOTE SCAM!
