Parents got this number somewhere on the internet thinking it was Amazon customer service and called it. The guy who answered told them they had a problem with their computer (not what they called about). He had them go to a website and download something to give access to their computer. Proceeded to tell them they had a "foreign ip address confliction". Gave them options for fixing it and paying a large sum of money for that help. They got suspicious and hung up, but I am concerned that their account credentials and credit card information could have been compromised.
