Who called from the number +1 (870) 384-1568

I talked to this guy on the phone for 20 minutes. I could tell he was lonely because he wouldn't let me off the phone nor stop talking. It got more creepy when he finally let me off and asked me if he could call me later and show me his bachelor pad. He also asked for a 4/2 with a 2 car investment property and then babbled about his money, Harley, Saudi Arabia, his jet's, houses all over the US, how he wants to purchase in Costa Rica, etc., etc...

RJ- Talked about all his properties and how he has traveled all over the world.

RJ texted me about a property of mine in Illinois he saw on Zillow. He went on and on about how much money he donates and how many properties he owns in a variety of states. He owns a nascar team? He bought a 2020 corvette to auction off for charity? Buys a new harley every year and then gives it to charity too? I checked the number and it's registered to a woman in AK. He said he sold his house in California and would start his Harley at 4 am to piss off the neighbors. Also said he bought a house with another realtor and now they're great friends and she and her family come visit him and he offered them an 42' RV but they didn't have anywhere to park it. I mean he's all over with the stories about how much money he has, it seems to be unlimited. I knew this was too good to be true when he got away from the subject at hand (real estate) and talked only about himself and his money.

I got a text from RJ early this morning. He said he found me in Zillow and said he was looking for an investment property but then said he wanted a 4 bedroom/2 bath and 2 car garage. Any seasoned agent knows this is not an average investment property. I got a bad feeling immediately. I blocked him and reported him to the Roanoke Virginia association of realtors.

Same thing. RJ Marten, claimed he worked in Saudi Arabia. Super rich looking for investment properties. Super creepy.

Same deal. Grandiose talk about stockholders meetings that he was going to, he is an investor for a nascar racing team, he is going to Wisconsin to check in with the trucking company that was started by his father with over 300 trucks. Owns a bunch if real estate in Montana that he paid $17.9 million for. Sent me a pic of “him” via text on a Harley that said nice talking with you. Said to only call in the evening.

This number is affiliated with someone who calls himself RJ Marten but it is registered to some woman. He impersonated himself as Randy Marten with Marten Transport out of WI but upon doing some research I was able to disprove things he was saying about himself. He said he had cancer but was wealthy. Wanted to invest in property and I'm not even in his state and he never talked about properties at all. Only personal matters. He gets personal real quick if you give him a sympathetic ear. Steer clear from him.

I received a text from this number saying he was RJ and that he wanted to call to talk about investment properties. Right away I felt something was off and blocked the number. I’m glad I did after seeing the above comments.

Contacting me at all hours of the day and night asking for help looking for property to buy/investment. Doesn't give details and keeps messaging asking when he can call only. Something seems off and not right with this guy

I talked for a few weeks to this guy. He called to invest in property and right away I felt something off. But as the week went on, he explained how many businesses he owns and how successful he was. It was money money money talk.

RJ Marten contacted me via my ad on Facebook. Kept asking for my number and if he could call me even though my number was on the ad. He asked if he could call me immediately and the proceeded to give me his number which is when I looked him up and found this website. I asked him what he wanted because some of my colleagues have already spoken to him and he stopped responding.

Received a call this morning from a man named RJ Marten at this number. He was looking for an investment property 4 bd/2 ba with 2 car garage, turn-key, and wanted to spend 275k. He then went onto tell me about all his money, him owning a store in AK, a nascar team, and lots of traveling around the world. He didn’t want to talk about real estate as much as his money. I thought he was probably just chatty and lonely, but then he started asking about my kids and married life. I got really uncomfortable and got off the phone, and then found this. Same stories, same approach. I’ve blocked him from my Facebook business page and the phone number he called from, and now I’m reporting him to our local board.

(Part 2) The raspy smoker voice he uses to talk also does not match the picture he sent me. He also went on to tell me he likes to fish and hunts bear, deer, lion in Africa, and many many more animals. He said he was in the news for leaving a waitress a 10k tip at Excalibur restaurant in IL as well. Googled and nothing came up for that story or him being responsible for that. He persistently asked if he could call me and once I called him back his voice was not raspy when he first answered. He then scoffed at my marriage and started asking invasive questions about the length of my marriage and how old my children were. I kept it short, got off the phone, saw this forum, and blocked him.

RJ called me and said he found me on Zillow as an RE agent. I'm not listed on Zillow. He said he wanted an investment property in Gary, IN; 4 bed/2 baths/2 car garage; cash. Then he started with the similar stories. He wants to buy in Costa Rica, he lives in Arkansas, not married, has 7 dogs, doesn't have an email address and only uses flip phones. Which was particularly odd because the photos that he sent from his "flip phone" of his bachelor pad in AZ and the pic of some fishing buddies holding up 3 large fish were not the quality of that caliber of phone. He also sent me a pic of three of his dogs and himself on a Harley which looks very outdated. (Part 1)
