They call up saying that they are Microsoft and your user license has expired , they try to get your credit card number and sell you a service, these are scammers sitting in some cellar in the middle east trolling for stupid people , they told me they were in new England, and the guy could hardly speak English, they focus on peoples stupidity, don't take this call and frankly tell them they are full of sh*t.
