Who called from the number +1 (866) 806-9732

Male caller accused me of bank fraud. When I asked name of company because he did not answer with company name, he hung up on me. I called back and the same male voice said company name very fast and would not repeat it. I think he said Tipan Mediation located in Wyoming. I called a few days later and a female answered. I asked for company name and she said it very fast but sound like Tipan . I asked her to repeat and spell and she asked what I needed. I asked if they were listed with Better Business Bureau and she said no. I asked where company is located and she said Wyoming. I asked for the city and she would not give that information. She asked for my name and I discontinued the call.
