Claims to be a debt collector. CSR claims to work for a "money hungry lawyer" that is going to take us to court, garnish wages, out a lien on our property and so. All this for a cell phone bill THEY claim to be from US cellular. We've not had a US Cellular phone for more than 13 years! Cell phones fall under a Federal Act anyways. They do and say illegal threatening things to get you to pay. Once you pay IF there is an actual bill, which they REFUSE to send proof of so you can deny the debt, it starts a clock over. Know your rights. Do NOT trust such calls. Know the law. These should be Considered DEBT SCAMMERS! Yes, you CAN take THEM to court!
