Who called from the number +1 (866) 697-2209

This is a fake debt collection agency. They have your name last four digits of your social security number. They will first call informing you that you will be served with a summons to court for an old debt. They will offer to drop the summons if you immediately give them a down payment and automatic payment schedule. It is a scam!! Hang up and report to BBB. Also file police report.

THE SAME COMPANY CALLED ME WITH AN OLD COLLECTION THAT AS A MATER A FACT IT WAS DROPPED FROM MY CREDIT BECAUSE ITS TOO OLD. THEY HAVE MY SS# AND ADDRESS, THEY WANTED ME TO SCHEDULE A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT AND INSISTED ON GIVING THEM MY BACK INFORMATION. OTHERWISE THEY WILL SERVE ME AND SEND ME TO COURT. THIS IS A REAL SCAM!! I WILL REPORT THEM IMMEDIATELY.

They called my number restricted looking for my husband. Said her name was Ashley Parker and she was a process server. She was going to be serving papers between 3 and 5 the next day. Gave me this number and a case id number and said the company wanted to speak about it first. Definitely think this is a scam.

I just got the same message with the same lady name Ashley Parker I call the 866 number it goes to some guy named George Marin who doesn't say what he does or what company he works for I tried to press a 0 to get an operator nobody ever answers so I called non emergency police line they gave me the phone number to fraud. The fraud department said that they would shut down this phone number so it can no longer be used but they would probably go ahead and start up a new phone number just don't talk to them at all and they will do a further investigation.

wow....What a mistake... Really??? On which part?????? These innocent children are being used as scapegoats.... How terrible...
