Jake from Alieve processing service left a message saying someone was trying to deliver a summons this morning at my address (I was at home till 11am, no one showed up besides fedex) and said if I fail to contact attorney Samantha Clark, I’m being consider failure to appear in court or something like that. I mean, if they’re trying to serve me then show up. I believe this is a scam.

they have call me twice from this number, they give you a case number that you are supposed give to Ashlee Mcgrey, for her to transfer your call to the different lawyers that she works for.... its a scam

They said I failed to appear in court and had a warrant for my arrest. I have never broken any laws. They told me to call Amanda Jones (attorney) at 714-388-6379 , she told me they were gonna come to my house and had my name and recent address. I went to the courthouse and had no warrant , made a police report and they are looking into it.

Same as above... called me from a "No caller ID" stating they tried to serve a summons to me yesterday (was a previous address). Gave me this number 866-653-1124 to call back John Andrews to straighten things out. Gave me a case number as well. When asked what the summons was regarding she told me the records were sealed for my protection. Never been to court or broke any laws so pretty sure if i did they could get my address, name, and phone number correct.
