Who called from the number +1 (866) 403-9052

This phone number popped up on my Microsoft through Xbox saying that my data was being hacked in my bank account information was being stolen. This actually popped up as a new tab in Microsoft edge browser on the Xbox. When I called Microsoft themselves they said that is not their number and it was somebody fishing 4 people to get information out of so that they could get their bank accounts and what not. Microsoft also informed me that they do not solicit the customers for support that the customers have to contact them initially so they would never have to put a pop up call them. They also answered suspiciously and when I hung up they called me back twice or three times on a different number. I had to go through Xbox support to hard reset my Xbox twice to get this error message off from this phone number. Do not call this number it is not Microsoft.
