7/29/19 SCAM ALERT/ DON"T OPEN LINK. I also received emails from "First American Title Co" from 2 different "escrow officers" that show this number as the office number. The emails both had a link to "review my closing documents". I am a realtor, this would seem legit at a glance, but I'm not working with this title company (although there is such a company here) & when I call it is always a quick busy the call never goes through.

Received an email from Monica Sanchez Escrow Officer First America Title Company, included a link, which I did not open. I called 859-547-1179 and it was a quick busy, never rings. Tied to a . I believe this to be a scam as I looked up the number on white pages and it is categorized as a scam. Phone number belongs to someone in KY whose first letter of first name is a P and first letter of last name is a P.
