Very abrupt and rude female, called my direct work line asking for a specific employee. I could not locate said employee in directory, and asked if caller was a client. She said no, but must speak with specific employee. I again said no one by that name exists. She said she could speak to that employee's replacement as {TITLE} but the title is so generic it was silly. She finally got irritated and hung up on me. Detroit, Michigan
