Who called from the number +1 (855) 416-4528

I got a call from a restricted number saying they were from the country law office and I needed to call this phone number because litigation had been scheduled. When I called the number I was told I owed Midland bank $517. I told her I never had a credit card with them. I don't where they are located and had never heard of them. She said it had been on my credit report (which I checked and it is not) and fell off so now they are taking it to litigation and it would now be for the sum of $3,000.She said since I was disabled, it is considered residual income and they would "garnish" my S.S. check. I explained to her that I could not pay that so she said she would set it up in payments and they would give a slight reduction so I am supposed too pay them $49 for 10 months!
