Who called from the number +1 (855) 414-9535

I received a call from this number stating that they were going to serve me a summons today to Appear in court and that they would put a lean on my BMW if I did not pay $1700

They called me, pretending to be a law office, and claimed I had an outstanding hospital bill. They told me if I didn't pay it that I would be served the following day and have to appear in court. They had the last 4 digits of my social security number as well as my address and full name. The name of the hospital they claimed the bill was from was a place I'd receive service, but the year they claimed was way off. They used all kinds of intimidation to try to get me to pay it but I knew better and hung up. I called them back and the person who answered used a different Law Office name, so it was clearly a scam. I said, "wow, you guys are awful." The person on the other end didn't even deny their scam. He mocked me for having called back to tell him about my feelings. They were absolutely shameless about what they are doing.
