Some guy told me that he was from an attorney's office and demanded payment for a 15 year old unpaid debt and if I didn't pay in full immediately over the phone, there would be a court summons in 4 days. Then he said due to my poor choices in the past, I would have to have my wages garnished and my income tax refund taken too. He got very nasty when I told him he wasn't getting any money and he said see you in court and hung up.

Called about a 12 year old debt that I have no memory of incurring, said they were putting a lien on my house. Would not provide me with anything in writing. When I said I wouldn't speak to him about my debt until I had a letter of validation, he said "good luck in court" and hung up.
