SCAM SCAM SCAM..LADY NAMED LINDA BAXTER SAID SHE WAS GOING TO SERVE A SUMMONS TO MY RESIDENCE BETWEEN 3-5PM AND THAT IF I WAS NOT HOME SHE WOULD BE "ES***TED" TO MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT AND CONTACT HR AND ALSO THAT MY SUPERVISOR WOULD NEED TO SIGN AS A WITNESS. SHE SAYS T0 CALL 855-394-6052 TO FIND OUT THE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST ME. WHICH IS TOTAL BS BECAUSE IF THAT WERE TRUE SHE WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A REAL CASE# AND WHAT COURT THIS WAS ALL BEING PROCESSED THROUGH. YOU CAN LOOK UP CASES IN COURT THROUGH THE COURT WEBSITE.
