Calling with a horrible connection. Something about charges and a lawsuit will be filed against me.

Keeps calling me telling me they just received serious information regarding my tax filing. I need to call them back in 24 hours or I will be taken into custody by the local police department. The message is horribly garbled, they call multiple times in a week, sometimes 2-3 times in a day. When i call back I hear the line pickup, there is some loud noises in the background and then it automatically hangs up on me. I'm fed up with these scammers calling me.
