Who called from the number +1 (844) 384-3479

They call and say you have an old payday loan and you have to make payment right away or it will go to court. I told her I have never taken a payday loan and she gets really argumentative. They are very rude.

Call saying my husband was in a civil suit and needed to verify his information. I asked what company and they said Capital. I said we have never had anything with them. Said it was for a payday loan with some off the wall company. Told them to send whatever they needed to. Our address should be on file. They said no I just need you to verify it. When I would they said see you in court

These people having been calling me for several months from different numbers (different last two digits-3479. 3485), requesting to speak with my mother. Unfortunately, my mother is decease! I've told these people several times to remove my number from there call list. The receptionist, who I've spoken to, would completely cut me off in mid sentence and hang up on me. So that leads me to believe, if this "company" is looking for someone for unpaid debts, why are you contacting the wrong person and if I'm telling you the person you're looking for is deceased, why the abrupt hangup? Is this a REAL SCAM? Please be careful with bullying telemarketer, if that's who they are!!!!!!

These people called my step son, not sure how they got his number. They told him there was a claim against him by me, which makes no sense at all. Of course, it worked because I called them and they said they were from Capital Bank and would be suing me for a 2013 debt? That I will be in front of a Judge in Miami. Meanwhile, I have excellent credit. SPAM!!! I will find out who these people are and report them.

Started receiving phone calls on May 10 2018 saying it was about a old payday loan and claim. But, when you try to talk with them they hand up instead of talking. I just ignore the number until I find out how to remove them. I have a magic jack number but live in Kuwait.
