I received a recording saying they were NV Energy and to please call back 844-300-0674. When I called back it was the NV Energy recording menu...scary. They are NOT the power company. A man with an asian accent came on and gave me a bunch of bs about a work order number to investigate my billing.... He told me to write down a fake ticket number and pay $499 to stop the technician that was on his way to shut off the power. I told him I would call him back after I called NV Energy. NV Energy (the real one) said it wasn't them, it was a scam, my account was current and I was the third call today asking the same question. DO NOT pay them. Call NV Energy's real number and confirm anything you have questions about.
