scammer calling about some legal claim

Called my husband re: me and that I had a law suit against me gave a case number then stated they were going to serve me with a warrant for contempt. That I had been non responsive. Never heard of these people or the claim. Stated they mailed me info(Never recieved) I also never received phone or email communication. Then turned around and informed my daughter the same info re: me. ?? Gave same case number but different contact number to return the call. Slander, harrassement and total scam. Non of this info being stayed is true.

Called my number looking for an ex-boyfriend from 10 years ago. Somehow it was linked to my number. Same thing as everyone else, the lady was getting into a car in the background, threatening legal action with a case #. LOL Next time, sound a bit more official, not like you're cold calling from a cell phone. IDIOTS.

They called saying they are going to attach my property because we owe USBank $8000, claimed that we had a $700 overdraft with USBank in 2010 and that is now $8000 including lawyer fees. All that was bull crape.
