I was having problems with my computer so contacted Microsoft - was put in touch with these guys from India and they got it working again! Told me that someone had disconnected my firewall and installed fake Webroot SecureAnyhere software. They installed the real one and it has been working ever since! They even call back to find out how everything is working, but when you answer they need to say a password that you have given to them after they completed their work, so you will know who you are talking too. Needless to say, I immediately disputed the first charges with my bank and they removed them.
