Threatening message for a Diane Frank (no idea who this is). Called my business cell number which I've had for over 20 years so....

they are calling me and my family wanting money for a debt I don't have and they wont supply any evidence of the debt they are harassing me and my family and they wont stop

asking whereabouts of ex. States formal complaint in message on voicemail.

Has called family members and other people I know. Stating that they need to tell the whereabouts of someone that has no debt. Michael carter is the person leaving messages and threatening to call the police or athorities. Very demanding and rude. Call the number back and it’s always a voicemail.

Caller called looking for my ex husband ex wife. Left vm stating they were calling the police.

Just so everyone knows, this is an offshore "skip tracing" agency. Basically, when a debt collector or a process server cannot locate someone to serve a court summons for a debt, they hire a company such as this to try to find the debtor. First and foremost, it is a violation of law for anyone to give you information about a third party--family member or otherwise. Secondly, these debts are usually outside of statute of limitation, so the attempt to collect is usually unlawful. The most they can do is ask you if you know contact info ONE TIME ONLY. All you have to do is say you don't know the person, hang up, and if they call again, advise them you will be reporting them to your state's attorney general. These agencies are usually outside of the United States so they can bypass US Consumer Protection laws; however, the person hiring them cannot. If you get a call again, block it if you can. You can also report harassment etc. to your local Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
