Called to tell me that I was being served and my signature was needed. I was told that I'd be served on a specific day and time at my home or place of employment. They gave me a court case number. No such case number existed.

Called to say it was a courtesy call before court. Wanted to meet me the next day to sign papers at my home or work place. Gave a Civil Case ID number that was not a legitimate number, in our local court. These people should be caught and shut down, if I wasn't keen on scam callers, then I might have been worried. Just so you know, if you have a legitimate civil case, the Sheriff will serve you papers at your address, and you will be provided with a court date and case number. Do not be fooled by this phone call!! And if it's a legitimate collection agency, you should get a letter in the mail with all the info supporting the collection and a phone number for you to call back to either settle up or dispute your issue. No one gives a courtesy call....lol!! I've been doing collections for years, and work with Attorney's ....DO NOT BE FOOLED!! We offer settlements, payment plans, and or if need be but rare end up in court.

They have now called my ex whom I haven't talked to in over a decade and my mother trying to get my phone# and address. I've never been to Texas. I am currently talking to the legitimate Prosecutors office in Texas.

They appear to be a collection agency and call under the guise of a mediation firm. They make up their own internal Case #'s. They called regarding my son ... who died 7 yrs ago!
