First I had a call from an unknown number stating that I need to contact 832-662-5939. Stated that was the plaintiff in civil case against me 832-662-5939 . He stated he was a processor for United processing Center. Wasn’t able to give me any other information about his company. I called the number it states that it is ORG Mediation. He knew the last four of my social and two addresses. He stated that iota bank money. And told me that I was going to be served court documents. I asked him what court was it filed in and in which date he could not give me any of that information he said I would get that when I am served. So for a mediation company they would have all that information to give you. He stated he needed a credit card and he can make an arrangement. That I need to put a credit card on file. The debt originated or any account number based on it. All I was given was a case number. And told me that I was going to be served court documents. I asked him what court was it filed in and in which date he could not give me any of that information he said I would get that when I am served. So for a mediation company they would have all that information to give you. He stated he needed a credit card and he can make an arrangement. That I need to put a credit card on file . When I asked him his company address and the location of that business he Was on able to give me any of that information. I looked up ORG Mediation And found no such business. This is a scam

A male called and left this as a callback number indicating he was going to be serving a summons to us tomorrow. He left a case number and ended the calling saying we had been officially notified. The number he called from came up as unknown.
