Who called from the number +1 (832) 637-5543

They called and asked to speak to me using an old name (previous marriage) when I told them that wasn't my name, they asked if I could leave a message "for her". Advising there was a "civil complaint" filed against her (me) and that she was a process server and would be serving me either at home or at work. Also that she (me) would need to call the plaintiff to "work something out". I asked which state and she told me the state I lived in almost 5 years ago. I said I don't live in that state and that is not my name. She then hung up. She did not give any court information or case number either. She then proceeded to call my husband and my brother with the same message. I've emailed everyone I know to advise this is a scam. Froze my credit and changed all of my passwords. BEWARE-no process server will ever "advise" when they will serve you, nor will they ask you to call the plaintiff to "work something out". Process servers do not try to negotiate and they most certainly do not try to warn you they are coming. If they did you could choose not to be there and voila! You would get out of a court date. This number is a scam! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO.

Called and spoke with "mediator". Wanted me to "confirm" information, which I didn't. I asked for a case number and they did not have one to provide. When I pressed them for more info they hung up on me. Beware!
