Who called from the number +1 (832) 539-8975

OFFICE THAT HELPED ME

I called them because I was given their number about a debt I've never heard of and isn't on my credit. They refuse to tell me who the collector is but tell me they're having me served at my home. Nothing has come yet. This seems like a scam no one had details or will give me any, just supposed to wait for the summons. I've called the bank in question as I've never even stepped foot in and the account number doesn't exist and my SSN has never been on file with them, but these knobheads tell me it does. Beware

Got a call saying I would be served papers at my home so I called this number because it is the one I was given. They said I had opened an act in 2007 and closed it 700$ overdrawn 6 months later. I know the bank they are referencing, I also know the branch manager personally and I have never stepped foot in that bank so I called him he said to call the us bank 24 hr line so I did, they have no act in my name associated with my SSN and the act number wasn't valid. But when I call the us bank dda number to tell them that, they say that whoever I called lied to me and the act was sold in 2009. If the act was sold why am I talking to you at us bank then Judy? She didn't have an answer for that so she forwarded me to the fraud Dept. Still not helpful. The "law firm" Zach Abrams works for (the man who called me) nor this number can tell me who is persuing this debt and why it's not on my credit and never has been. I also called my local court house and sheriff's office I'm not being served for anything. And why would you warn me first isn't it supposed to be a surprise... Regardless of all this the scary thing is whoever called me has all of my info they spouted off my SSN, birthdate, current address, full name. I realized after calling all the places I called it was more than likely a scam. Best advice if this happens to you freeze your credit, sign up for something like life Lock and monitor your credit frequently because these scumbags have your info!!!!
