Who called from the number +1 (832) 430-1631

This is a scam caller who is trying to play the "I will be serving you legal documents", blah, blah, blah.

They keep threatening to serve papers. Is this number legit. They keep harassing my family members

I've been getting the same calls from some lady named Jennifer Baker. She leaves me a message. First she called me from 214-997-0993. She leaves a message saying she is going to be delivering legal documents to me on June 26th between the hours of 3-5 p.m. She leaves a call number of 832-430-1631. Says for me to call them. When you call it answers with music and then says you have called outside of their service hours or all their reps are busy with other customers. I blocked that 214 number, so today she calls and the number is unavailable. She leaves me a another message that says she is in Riverside County and is an independent process server and will attempt to deliver legal documents to place of residence and to my place of employment. Which I didn't think they could go to your place of employment, but I could be wrong on that. Today she wants me to call back 832-262-4855. So I left a message without my name, number or the "File number". I told them they could call me all day long as I know its a scam and bring it on I will fight them in court. I went to double check the county court system yesterday and there was nothing filed against my name. Seems rather odd to be delivering legal documents and you have filed. You don't serve someone until you have filed a case. Then you get served. You see once I leave my name and number I am now giving them the okay to call me outside of the Do Not Call Registry. Seriously?? When you call either number you get the same music and they never tell you a company name. What legitimate company does that. I have no idea what it is about. All my legitimate creditors have my current address and seeing as I work for multiple employers I wish her luck with that as I am not working this summer. Hahaha. Why is our government not doing more about this type of harassment??

Clearly a scam. I imagine they would try to get you to buy an iTunes card to pay a debt. The fear tactic that would make some people panic is the threat of court papers, which sounds serious. It's total bull, don't freak out and don't panic. The call back number is a cellular phone, which makes it super hard for the do not call registry team to fight. Block the number everytime it comes through. Never answer yes or no to anyone on the phone that you do not know. A simple "can you hear me ok"? And you say "yes" could cost you money.
