Who called from the number +1 (832) 301-8867

I received a text from this number asking if I could decorate an event in 2 weeks for 200 people, I advised it's possible but a call would need to be set up to discuss the details and budget. Caller states they had surgery on throat for cancer and couldn't talk. I asked is there someone else after offering condolences and prayers they say no can I please just correspond through text right now. I said unfortunately that's not how it's done. The next morning I get a text asking how I'm doing. Suspicious already, I say you ready for that call. They say can't, but what's your full name, are you the owner, and do you accept credit cards. I advise google deems number unsafe and report to FBI and I did. I receive no more text.
