Who called from the number +1 (832) 240-7739

They call and leave alarming voicemail, claiming that there is a law suit against me by a former bank of mine. They also leave a number to the paralegal handling the case. When I called a man named "Abrams pulls up my file" essentially blows through the call, doing most of the speaking. He asked I hold questions till he was done speaking. He shares my old bank account number, which I can't verify because it was so long ago. Then he asked if I was attempting to defraud my bank. I realize this was potentially a fishing call. When I told him that I have already resolved all dept with that bank, he got upset and claimed that it was impossible as the bank sold my dept years ago and could no longer collect. When I began to ask questions, like what is the account number, he got upset and told be if that was the case I can just wait on the subpoena in the mail and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another person who did not identify himself. He pulls up my account. I tell him I want to speak to the manager as the previous person was unprofessional and didn't allow me to ask questions. Rep #2 tells me his sorry that Abrams is the lead on the case and I would have to speak with him directly. When I start asking what was the name of their company and how is it possible an organization didn't have a response strategy to customers who are seeking management. And why are they forcing customers to work with reps that are not effective? Rep #2 hangs up on me then. Tis the season for scams!
