Pre-recorded voicemail threatening as Canada Tax Revenue Agency

Left a msg on my phone...called the number back, claimed to be investigation unit of cra. Asked for my name....I responded that they called me, and offered my number and they could tell me ‘my name’. Woman told me to go to hell and hung up. Definitely not CRA, ha!

Claims to represent an "agency" (Revenue Canada?) claiming to be filing a lawsuit against me, and to have me arrested if i do not call back.

"From Canada Revenue Agency. If you don't call back, you will be arrested..." Well I tried to call back but the problem is I don't hear..."Thank you for calling Canada Revenue Agency...." So make sure if you use name such as C R A, that will be your opening greeting when people you have contacted will call back :)
