Recording wanting me to call them back, says this is the second time thwy have tried to contact me as the Treasury Dept had filed a lawsuit for tax evasion and fraud. What a joke. 1) the irs sends mail if there is ever an issue with your taxes, they do not call you about it 2) if they file a lawsuit you would get notice 2 ways, by mail and being served leagal paperwork. Not a phone call. 3) if someone was going to take the time to call uou from the irs, you would have set an appointment up with them, and it would.not be a recording asking you to call a non 800 or 877 number

My aunt received a call from this phone number as well. The stated it was IRS collecting debt. Saying she would be arrested within the hour if she did not make a payment of $3000. ITS FRAUD!!!
