Who called from the number +1 (803) 281-4134

This number called me , and it was a very creepy and strange phone call. It was a man when I answered it sounded like someone stretching and yawning, then he preceded with oh man what's for dinner honey? Followed by wats little man writing about?. It freaked me out for these to facts I was in the process of peeling potatoes to boil to make homemade mashed potatoes with tonight's meal.. the callers words were "What's for dinner honey" Nobody is home but my son and I, my son was in our living room coloring, although the caller didn't say anything about coloring he did say....."What's little man writing about" either way it's strange for sur.it is almost like someone was or is watching us. Or either it's just a coincidence and it's a prank call that was made by a low life jackass who has nothing better to do
