This started as an e-mail for a fraudulent 3-year Norton 360 LifeLock Ultimate Plus coverage for $349.55. If you wanted to dispute this "purchase", you needed to call this 800 Customer Service number within 24 hours. Upon calling it, was directed to voice mail. Left my landline number. They called back thinking it was for an Amazon purchase of over $1100. I "corrected" them and then the rep (Fred Bleek) said he worked for Norton 360. I asked to speak to the supervisor (Jose Cooper) who sounded EXACTLY like the rep. When I asked Mr. Cooper for his direct e-mail, he hung up on me.
