Has happened to me 6 times in 2 hours. When talking to the so called representative they have not a clue about anything regarding Apple. It is a scam from India and the people are quite obnoxious. The 800-800-2755 is legitimately apples customer phone number which these clowns are phishing with. There supposed call back toll free number is 208-262-0000 which is a inoperative number. So again these clowns are cloaked in darkness and can not be found. Hopefully the last time they call today I threaten contacting the Authorities for harassment so maybe I will be left alone...
