claims to be Social security administration. refused to give them my name & asked what the call was pertaining to. told them to tell me who they thought i was and they made up some name. told them that wasn’t me and i would like to be taken off the call list, was hung up on.

Claiming to be from Social Security administration and my SSN will be suspended, pressed one to talk...Total scam!

First call about suspicious activity with social security acct. 5min later second call saying ss acct suspended. I did not talk to anyone on either call.

Claimed to be Social Security. Spoke to "Officer James". When I wouldn't answer his questions and started asking my own he hung up. Thick accent.

Recording that my SS number had been suspended. I hung up then tried to call the number back. The call was from a number could not be completed as dialed. Why does the phone company allow numbers that have been discontinued to be used to harass people with fake threats?
